I. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
I.1 Data collection
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details are in the imprint of our website. Technical information, such as internet browser, operating system and time of the page view, is recorded by our IT systems. This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website operates without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you are visiting or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when filling out a contact form or when registering for a newsletter. Without your separate consent, we only use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order.
This is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the customer to use the service or for billing.
I.2 Data storage
Your contract text will be saved. We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the General Terms and Conditions on our website at any time.
Once the contract has been completed and payment has been made in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted once the tax and commercial law regulations have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.
I.3 Handling of customer and contract data
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the framework of contract processing. Any further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
In order to fulfill the contract, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. Depending on which means of payment you select, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service to process payments. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
I.4 Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
I.5 Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you want (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analyzing your visiting behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
I.6 Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us, namely:
· browser type and browser version
· operating system used
· referrer URL
· host name of the accessing computer
· time of server request
· IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
II. MANDATORY INFORMATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
II.1 Note on the responsible body
The responsible body is the natural or legal person who, alone or together with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, postal address). The responsible body for data processing on this website is the chief executive officer as stated in our imprint.
The competent supervisory authority for data protection for companies in Austria is the National Data Protection agency (Datenschutzbehörde). A list of all national data protection agencies of the EU and their contact details can be found here.
II.2 Data Protection Officer
Due to the latest legal regulations applicable to us (EU Guidelines on Data protection Officers), we are not obliged to appoint a data protection officer and in fact have not appointed a data protection officer.
II.3 Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form on our website, all details you enter will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (again based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies, as e.g. after your request has been processed. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
II.4 Registration on this site
You are welcome to register on our website to use additional functions, such as newsletter subscription. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse the registration. For important changes, such as the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes, we use the e-mail address provided during registration to inform you in this way.
The data entered during registration is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation. The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted.
III. STATUTORY RETENTION PERIODS REMAIN UNAFFECTED
III.1 Withdrawal of consent
Some data processing operations are only possible with your expressed consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time with effect for the future. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. Our contact details for this are provided in the imprintof four website. The legality of the data processing that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
III.2 Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection for companies in Austria is the National Data Protection agency (Datenschutzbehörde). A list of all national data protection agencies within the EU and their contact details can be found here.
III.3 Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.
III.4 Information, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. Please use our contact details given in the imprint for any further questions on the subject of personal data.
III.5 Right to limit processing
According to Art. 18 GDPR, you are entitled to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as:
· the accuracy of the data is disputed by you
· the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure
· we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or
· you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
III.6 Promotional mails and objection
When registering for a newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes with your separately declared consent until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you register for our newsletter, we use the data required for this or separately provided by you in order to send you updates on our e-mail newsletter. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to other companies for advertising purposes. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact given in our imprint or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter.
We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam e-mails.
III.7 Electronic invoicing and payment
We will send out the invoice to your order as digital PDF file by email as soon as delivery has been dispatched or the items have been handed over to you based on a carriage free delivery agreement. We will use the same contact information you provided for preparation of the quotation to the respective order. Should you require a printed invoice we are happy to provide this upon request any time. As long as we do not receive different information from you, we assume that delivery and billing address are identical. We accept payment by bank transfer only. Our business bank account details are provided with each invoice and are also stated in our imprint.
IV. WEBSITE ANALYSIS TOOLS AND ADVERTISING
We use website analysis services fully implemented under the strict requirements of the Austrian data protection authorities.
IV.1 Legal basis
The legal basis for data collection and processing is consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a. and Article 7 GDPR, processing to fulfill our services and to carry out contractual measures in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b. GDPR, processing to fulfill our legal obligations in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c. GDPR, and for advertising the protection of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f. GDPR.
IV.2 Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (see further details in section I.5). These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
Analysed metrics include:
· pageviews: the number of pageviews by site visitors and which pages are viewed overall
· time on site: the time spent on our website viewing content
· bounce rate: number of visitors that land on our site and leave without continuing on
· sessions: sessions by site visitor indicate the amount of time visitors stay on our site per visit
IV.3 Browser plug-in
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. We would like to point out, however, that in this case you may - if applicable - not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:
IV.4 Objection against data collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy.
IV.5 Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in section IV.4.
IV.6 Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in connection with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-related, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browser history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be placed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.
To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device advertising. You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account here.
The summary of the recorded data in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you can give or revoke with Google (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR). In the case of data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merger), the collection of data is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest results from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymous analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection regulations can be found in Google's data protection declaration.
IV.7 Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").
As part of Google AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie will be set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords advertisers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
"Conversion cookies" are stored on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
You can find more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking in Google's data protection regulations. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
IV.8 Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to help protect websites from spam and abuse. The reCAPTCHA tool checks whether data is entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics, including the IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website and the data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyzes run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
Data processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. You can find more detailed information about this tool at Google reCAPTCHA.
V. SOCIAL NETWORKS - SHARE CONTENT VIA PLUGINS
V.1 Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps geolocation service via an application programming interface (API). The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easier to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.
You can find more information on handling user data in Google's data protection declaration.
VI. CONTACT PERSON FOR DATA PROTECTION
If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, information, correction, blocking or deletion of data or revocation of consent, please contact us using the communication data given in the imprint.
